Xiaomi India: Downfall in Q1 2025
- Xiaomi has been focusing on high-end phones and often talks about strong sales—but new data from Counterpoint Research (Q1 2025) shows a different trend.
- Xiaomi’s market share in India dropped from 19% in Q1 2024 to just 13%.
- At the same time, Realme rose from 10% to 11% and is catching up fast!
- For the first time since 2016, Xiaomi is no longer in the top 5 for revenue in India.
Q1 2024 reports says 19% market share was done in Xiaomi and in 2025 it decreased to 13%, but other brands share is increased as you can see here. And downfall of Xiaomi is done because they are only focusing on flagship devices which are also not receiving the monthly updates, and these guys successfully destroyed their Redmi Note Series.
