I am on “Global HyperOS 1.0.9.0.UMFMIXM” in the Netherlands, and In changed the region to “Philippines” and after about 20 minutes I was offered the OTA download to “Xiaomi HyperOS 2 — 2.0.2.0.VMFMIXM — 5.9 GB”

hello I am using UMFMIXM version 1.0.10. But I can’t install the recovery ROM manually. And I face the Can’t flash this stable ROM error. I seem to be stuck in this version. What should i do?
1.0.10 users can’t flash, 1.0.9 users can update hyperos 2, u have to wait for new update of HyperOS 2
can i roll back to 10.0.9?
