Today is the big day for the Xiaomi fans, as we know Xiaomi 13 and 14 Series have received HyperOS 2 upgrade to everyone,and now it’s turn for Xiaomi 12 Series. So here Xiaomi 12S HyperOS 2 internal beta update is now leaked with build number. It is real which is spotted in the server, this upgrade is based on Android 15 for Xiaomi 12S which confused that this device will get HyperOS 2 on latest Android version.
Xiaomi 12S is the first model from 12 Series which received the internal beta update, as previous Xiaomi 14 Series also received them. So here OS2.0.241105.1.VLTCNXM update leaked, it shows this was prepared on 5th November 2024, but it was rolled out in January 2025 after 2 months. Size of the update is 6GB due to double major upgrades.
This update includes some key features, like latest customizations, new animations and more. It was officially said that Xiaomi 13 Series was not eligible for AI Features, so it’s sure that 12 Series will also not receive them.
