Xiaomi has officially started beta testing of HyperOS 4 Upgrade for REDMI Turbo 5 Max and POCO X8 Pro Max, as its base variant already has beta builds and now for Max also spotted. Device codename is Dash and it was launched with HyperOS 3.1 Android 16 out of the box and now first upgrade will be HyperOS 4 which is based on Android 17 version.
POCO X8 Pro Max – HyperOS 4
REDMI Turbo 5 Max and POCO X8 Pro Max both have first HyperOS 4 BETA Builds, but these will not be released because Turbo Series didn’t receive Internal builds but these show that testing has officially started and stabl build will be prepared soon. It is based on Android 17 too, as in HyperOS 3.1 we have “WPLCNXM” where W shows Android 16, and HyperOS 4 has “XPLCNXM” X is Android 17.
