POCO F6 HyperOS 2 China stable update was rolled out on December 22nd in first build which is based on latest Android 15 too. It equips multiple features and optimizations, but weeks over and still it’s update only for beta testers. POCO F6 – HyperOS 2 China Update
POCO F6 HyperOS 2 OS2.0.4.0.VNPCNXM is now suspended due to bugs present in this version. And Xiaomi is preparing the new version which can be pushed in January end with latest security patch. Users are very tensed as they are not getting major upgrade, before China they are not pushing for Global too.
In the previous build it equips December patch and in the new update it may receive latest January 2025 security patch, and as per Xiaomi team they will push HyperOS 2.1 update till January 27th, so China variant can get direct HyperOS 2.1 upgrade. For now we have to only wait to see the latest update for the POCO F6 China variant.
POCO F6 – HyperOS 2 Global EEA Update
Xiaomi has prepared the HyperOS 2 update for EEA Region too, it will be pushed in January end if China will be successful to receive latest update at time.
