Xiaomi is preparing the new K Series for China region, as everytimes they launch K Series devices in October Month but this year they will bring these smartphones early. It was totally unexpected because every year they launch K Series devices with new upgrade, but HyperOS 4 is not launched till now and K100 Series devices are coming soon. There are high chances that they will bring it with HyperOS 3.1 Version which is based on Android 16.
REDMI K100 Series
Xiaomi is bringing REDMI K100 Series in August early which will be launched with Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, this year we may not see the new snapdragon processor in this series. After launch of HyperOS 4 it will receive the new upgrade too on Android 17. But for now we can see the launch of new devices with old version which is unexpected.
DCS claimed that sub series is tentatively scheduled for early August, and it is the REDMI K100 Series, new flagship devices set to launch soon. Official posters will be revealed soon of the new K Series, as recently they brought Note 17 Series, so we need to wai for July end as launch event is in August early. So before two weeks they can start promotion of K100 Series.
Conclusion
This year too we will see two devices only first and Ultra segment will be available later, K100 and K100 Pro Max launch soon. Only thing we have to see that there is Android 17 HyperOS 4 or 3.1 Android 16. So comment now if you are excited for the K100 Series devices.
